    What types of services do you offer?

    How long does it take to receive the finished product?

    The length of time it takes to receive the finished product will depend on the specific services you’ve requested and the complexity of your project. We’ll provide you with an estimated turnaround time at the start of your project, and we’ll do our best to meet that timeline.

    How do you handle privacy?

    We take the privacy of our clients very seriously. All of the information you provide to us will be kept confidential, and we’ll only use it to complete your project. We also have measures in place to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

    Do you retain the copyright to your images or are those transferred to me when I buy prints or digital images?

    Yes, we retain the copyrights as is standard practice in the photography industry.  However, our licensing agreement gives you wide latitude on what you can do with the images. The images may be used for any personal use, they simply cannot be sold for profit. 

    Do you offer packages or do you charge by the hour?

    We offer a variety of packages to suit the needs of different clients. If you have specific requirements that don’t fit within one of our packages, we’re happy to work with you to create a customized solution.

    Can I request specific shots or angles for my photoshoot or video shoot?

    Absolutely! We want to make sure that you’re completely satisfied with the finished product, so we encourage you to share your specific shot or angle requests with us. We’ll do our best to accommodate them within the scope of your project.

    Do you offer retouching or editing services?

    Yes, we offer a range of post-processing services to enhance the quality of your photos and videos. This can include retouching, colour correction, and other types of editing. If you have specific requests, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
